  • Sales support for multiple product markets in Asia Pacific
  • Management of relationships with key customers in Asia Pacific in relation to: order management, front-line customer service, logistics coordination and resolution of customer issues
  • Interface and coordinate with Operations, Product Management and Finance to ensure timely deliveries of customer product
  • Participate in daily planning meetings to coordinate current and forward looking customer requirements
  • Effectively communicate delivery schedules and schedule changes to customers/sales
  • Purchase Order Processing and database entry
  • Manage and update the customer database
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and distribution of customer reports, together with additional reports required by the sales department


  • Minimum of 5 years in an administrative or sales support role, a degree in related field would be an asset
  • Team player with strong customer service experience
  • Self-starter, strong initiative, internally motivated
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment, excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office – strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Experience in a sales environment
