Customer accounts and purchasing officer

  The position is for a 5-day workweek, 9am to 6pm

Responsible for assisting the company Finance manager in handling of the company's overall finances including: - financial management, controls, audit and accounts including cash-flow management, billing, quotations, budgets, general accounting/ book keeping and preparation of financial reports in an accurate and timely manner

Also, Responsibility for liaison with company clients on purchase requirements and with factory on orders, delivery scheduling and stock replenishment.

  Requirement

  • Form 5 or above and LCCI higher or equivalent
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in accounting, purchasing and administrative work
  • Experience in Microsoft Office; particular in Word and Excel
  • Knowledge and experience in handling accounting entries and preparing a full set of accounts
  • Familiarity with Accounting software; experience with PeachTree / SAGE solutions would be an advantage
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated, responsible and well-organized
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Preference will be given to those who are immediately available
