Our rapid expansion in Hong Kong has given rise to an immediate job opportunity for the following position


  • Act as a Business Intelligence relay within the entity with a view to design and implement specific reports (data quality follow up, customers KPIs) by case basis.
  • Consolidate user needs / enhancement requests from related parties etc.
  • Develop and provide technical & functional coaching, monitoring and delivering regular training and awareness sessions to related parties to entity users
  • Validate the needs specification (flow, technical approach, cost, charge, etc.) with Regional.
  • Drive the UAT phase (i.e. full tests with several operational scenarios) and issue SOPs once development is completed and tests passed.
  • Conduct the UAT with operations, and provide training as required.
  • Monitor local start-up once it goes live, ensuring adherence to SOPs, data quality and reporting any abnormalities
  • Put in place quality indicators / KPIs to regularly monitor the quality in the job files after entering into production phase.
  • Coordinate the set-up of Extranet and grant internal and external logins.
  • Ensure Level 1 support for internal users on extranet
  • Pro-actively detect input data defects in our operational systems for our Track and trace customers (non-respect of SOP) and coordinate corrective actions with the Operation teams.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Regional team to explain customer needs in a structured and formal way
  • Work closely with Regional team to follow up local/ global traffics (SOP, training) implementation as well as UATs


  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field
  • 2 years’ relevant working experience in third party logistics, freight forwarding or transportation service providers
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good knowledge of IT system (hardware and software), Track and Trace system, EDI, etc.
  • Experience in planning and implementing logistics solutions for customers
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with strong business sense
  • A team player with excellent communication analytical, rigorous, presentation, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Proactive, supportive, self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
