Responsible for

  • Performing receptionist, clerical, clinical supporting and administrative duties as instructed
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate and assist in daily running of the clinic

Requirements:

  • Form 5 and above
  • Proficient in MS office including Chinese Word Processing
  • Good telephone manners
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Pleasant, outgoing and client-oriented.  Experience & interest in customer care preferred
