  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints received via the MTR hotline
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing correspondences and notices
  • Assist in maintaining a database of customer enquiries
  • Support large-scale public relations events and other activities
  • Working on Saturdays is required


  • Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained" or above in at least 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages
  • A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in customer service industry
  • Pleasant and outgoing with mature personality
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Hands-on experience in Chinese word processing


  • Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
