  • Handle incoming calls from direct customers or frontline staff of Partners on General Insurance product enquiry (pre-sales and post-sales), introduce related insurance products
  • Support frontline staff in closing sales deal, resolving client cases in a professional manner
  • Logging all customer queries in a clear and concise manner and adhering to internal SLAs for follow ups and response times.
  • Handle soft complaints from customers and liaise with internal departments to resolve the customers within specified timelines
  • Implement inbound/outbound call program on cross-selling, upselling, renewal and retention
  • Support Business Development Manager to launch campaigns and initiatives
  • Reply or follow up on incoming correspondence and emails
  • Build and maintain good relationship and teamwork within the team
  • Working on shift Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:30pm / 9:30am to 6:00pm / 11:30am to 8:00pm) and alt. Saturday (9:00am to 1:00pm / 9:00am to 3:00pm)

  • Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or University Degree holder
  • 3 to 5 years working experience in sales/call centers with work experience in insurance industry considered an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-initiative with a passion for customer centricity
  • Attentive to details, well-organized with good problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese & PC skills
  • IIQE I and II insurance license preferred
