Customer Care Centre Representative

Join us in providing quality valuable services to internal and external clients with the aim to deliver excellent client banking experience. You will be required to work in shifts to prvide round-the-clock assistance to meet the servicing and administrative needs of our clients. Your responsibilities also include engaging and communicating with our clients in executing trade instructions, as well as troubleshooting online banking login issues.

Your skills and experience
  • We are looking to find a committed individual with the below qualifications, skills and experience that is able to bring additional color to the team.
  • Degree from a university or institute of higher education or equivalent advanced training (on-the-job and off-the-job) is essential
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong teammate who is hardworking and strives well in a team environment
  • Self-started and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Language skills, highly articulate (fluent in English and Mandarin)
  • Good proven experience in Customer Services
  • Prior knowledge and experience in the financial services industry would be a plus
