The Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS®) seeks for an Operations Executive for its Hong Kong office.  ACAMS is a global association of professionals in the Anti-Money Laundering/Financial Crime field.  It has over 57,000 members working in financial institutions, regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies in over 175 countries.  ACAMS provides a tiered approach to training and education in AML/Financial Crime, including its flagship program - the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS®) qualification - and also organizes in-person training seminars and web seminars, conferences and other AML training events.  ACAMS has established the ACAMS Hong Kong Chapter, Singapore Chapter and South India Chapter and is in the process of forming chapters in other Asian financial centers.  Since the opening of the Regional Head Office in Hong Kong in 2008 and Singapore office in 2013, ACAMS has signed a number of partnerships in Asia to promote the CAMS® certification and AML education and training.  Additional information on ACAMS can be found at or .  We are looking for a Customer Care Executive in Hong Kong office to meet the needs of our regional expansion.

Responsibilities for this position include the following areas:

To assist the Operations Manager in:

Membership Services Management:

  • Full comprehension of membership data management system ( to be able to input and extract data from the system
  • To manage/handle membership questions
  • To process exam applications from members and schedule exam

Sales Support:

  • To issue invoices and receipts


  • To handle administrative requests from Asian branch office or partners

Requirements for this position are as follows:

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in customer services 
  • A “Do Whatever It Takes" attitude to get things done – either to meet individual or team objectives/goals
  • Excellent computing skills in office software including Excel (Formulas, Pivot Table, Data Management), Word (Mail Merge), Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Fluency (speaking, reading and writing) in English and Chinese 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong university degree in any discipline, major in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computing will be an advantage
