Customer Care Manager

Our client is one of the large local independent banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with the rapid business expansion, they are now inviting high caliber candidates to join the team


  • To ensure customer complaints are handled in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the bank
  • To coordinate with relevant sections & business units to resolve complaint cases, prepare investigation reports.
  • To identify improvement opportunities and service level upgrading needs from complaint case


  • University graduates with a minimum of 7 years’ relevant banking experience, of which at least 5 years at managerial level
  • Sound knowledge in handling customer complaints
  • Good understanding of regulatory policies and guidelines governing retail banking services and channels
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
