Customer Care Officer - Home Electrical Appliance/Call Centre

Make The Right Call

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Provide prompt response and solution of customer inquiries
  • Fulfil daily operational tasks and documentation in line with Key Performance Index
  • Maintain and develop customer list
  • Shift Duty may be required
  • F.5 or above
  • Min 2 years working experience in Customer Services industry
  • Outgoing person, initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Customer Service Officer
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
