Our client, a leading global fintech company, is looking for high calibers to join their team as follows:

Responsibilities:

  • Respond and resolve customer inquiries to either Korean/Japanese/Mandarin/English inquiries, requests and concerns using phone, email, chat and social media quickly and effectively
  • Ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support from start-to-finish
  • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal team
  • Increase customer satisfaction through providing friendly and professional customer support
  • Become an expert on the Company's services for our customers in the designated market
  • Provide feedbacks to the company to advocate for our customers in the designated market
  • Requirements:
  • Either Korean/Japanese/Mandarin/English mother tongue is a must
  • Proficiency in English communication (verbal & writing)
  • Able to work in HK with valid visa such as dependent/IANG visa or Permanent Resident in HK
  • Service-oriented, pleasant, and verbal
  • Detail-oriented
  • Multi-tasker and quick learner
  • Fresh Graduate is also welcomed
  • Experience in service-oriented position is a plus
