Customer Care Officer – Premier Relationship
Joining our Contact Centre as a Customer Care Officer, you will handle inbound calls from our Premier customers in Hong Kong, understand their needs and help them with their queries on relevant investment products, services and solutions.
You should have a pass in HKCEE including Math’s plus Chinese or English or be a holder of HKDSE or above, but no previous banking experience is necessary as we will provide you with the training required, and you will learn through your working experience and from your teammates.
The key requirement is that you can provide excellent customer service over the phone and be a good problem solver. Verbal communications skills are essential – you should be fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
This position may suit a range of different people: you could be just starting on your career journey, looking for a change of career direction, or even looking for a second career in a different life stage.
This is a five-day working week, but you should have the flexibility to work on a rotating shift covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
