Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

  • Deliver high standard of customer service by offering helpful advice and in-depth product information to online/ offline customers’ enquiries
  • Provide customer service support in a courteous and professional manner to optimize customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer complaints effectively and provide best appropriate solutions meeting both the customers’ needs and business objectives
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth delivery of orders
  • Provide recommendations and support in establishing SOP and best practices of high standard customer service and implementations
  • Support in Customer Care related projects, training, reports and other assignments
  • To assist on ad hoc assignment

Experience / Qualification Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Hospitality Management and other related disciplines
  • A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in customer service driven business, preferably with experience supporting online/ offline customer service
  • Experience in fashion retail or online fashion business will be a strong advantage
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Good command of spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, service and solution driven, strong business acumen and attention to details
