LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics Needs YOU! We are growing our Hong Kong business and as a result need super talented Customer Care Representative, based in Hong Kong, to be a part our growing team.LUSH is an international retailer of fresh handmade cosmetics that is known worldwide for changing the face, body and soul of the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate for this role will need to provide excellent customer service to our customers via our various communication channels. Our customer care representative will work closely with the all the shops and e-commerce team to provide consistent and excellent standards of service to our customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, email enquiries and online chat for TMall Global and own branded Hong Kong website.  
  • Ensure customer satisfaction via our channels included but not limited too: incoming calls, email, live chat and social media channels.
  • Provide product suggestions to customers according to their needs via different online channels
  • Provide proactive follow up and excellent service to our customers
  • Provide feedback and reports to management about customer needs
  • Provide administrative support to the e-commerce team.

 

Our Perfect Match:

  • 1-2 years relevant experiences in customer service, preferably some working experience in China.
  • Welcome IANG visa 
  • Proven excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, preferably native in Mandarin.
  • Proactive, with a love to help people and ability to always put the customer first
  • Proficient in PC skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Shift duty is required from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm, 8 hours per shift;
  • Willing to work in weekends and public holidays; and
  • 5 days per week.
