My client is a beauty brands, currently looking for Customer Care Representative for their Tmall channel expansion based in Hong Kong

Job description:

  • Handling customer enquire and provide excellent customer service to customer including calls, email, social media, instant message on all digital platform
  • Support Tmall Global store on live streaming enquires
  • Work closely with e-commerce team and TP partners

Requirement:

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service in e-commerce platform
  • Prefer have experience in Tmall or other China e-commerce platform
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST
  • Able to on shift on weekends or public holidays
