Customer Care Specialist, APAC (Beauty / Personal Care)


Our client is an Italian based corporation with international presence in over 50 countries, they are now seeking for a Regional Customer Care Specialist to cope with their business expansion in Asia Pacific region.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Director to manage key business partners and distributors across Asia Pacific region
  • Liaison with key business partners and distributors on regular basis including business agreement handling, order processing, inventory and shipment arrangement, etc.,
  • Manage inventory level, prepare inventory forecast and stock allocations for key business partners and distributors, ensure sufficient stocks for sales and promotion activities
  • Closely communicate with key business partners and distributors on the operations, provide timely and professional recommendation and action plan for improvement / enhancement of the operations
  • Conduct business data analysis, prepare reports for management review


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business, Marketing or any related disciplines
  • 3-5 years sales co-ordination and distribution management experience from BEAUTY / FMCG industry, with regional exposure is an advantage
  • Experienced in managing distributors' operations and performance
  • Independent, proactive and well-organized
  • Attention in details and strong analysis skills, experienced in preparing business report and analysis
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
