-To follow up outstanding enquiries and quotation
-To work closely with the customers on a daily basis understanding g and supporting their requirements
-To receive and register enquiries and orders in the system, ensuring all the information is correct
-To be a member of the sales team for the respective account portfolio with the Account Manager and Sales
-To follow up complaints/non compliances through improvement/complaint system in place
-1-2 years' working experience, fresh graduates also considered
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
-Good telephone sales skills and communications skills
-Proactive, customer-oriented and good problem solving skills
-Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
-Ability to systematically work independently and a good team player
-Able to work under pressure
-Immediate available is preferable
