Broking Services provides full investment services in stocks, bonds, currencies, precious metals, commodities and derivatives to retail, corporate customers and financial intermediaries. As a leading full service broker dealer in Hong Kong, our investment services include advisory, execution, risk and portfolio management, custodianship, and margin financing.


We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Customer Contact Officer – Broking Services.


PrincipalResponsibilities


  • Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls in related to customer risk profiling questionnaire, customer information updates and other product and services authentication

  • Ensure that the service standards are complied with the HSBC internal standards and regulatory requirements

  • Work closely with other stakeholders and contact clients to collect information required

  • Collect customer feedback, identify their issues and provide recommendations to enhance service quality

Requirements


  • Tertiary Education in business related discipline

  • Strong customer mindset and high commitment to service excellence

  • Solid experience in call centre operations or customer services

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities

  • Self-motivated and pragmatic with ability to work independently and under pressure
