The position is part of our Customer Management Team. You will be responsible to perform target database list generation, campaign effectiveness evaluation and analysis of customer data, that enable business units to grow and retain its customer base, and provide fact based data driven insights on customer behavior and lifetime value that direct change in the business and drive incremental revenue.
As a member of our Customer Management Team, you will be responsible for extracting relevant customer for targeting, monitoring customer response during and post-programs and drive for the effectiveness of communication and marketing campaign to achieve business objectives. You are also require to assist in execution of standard data mapping jobs, verifying data sets in maintaining an accurate and up-to-data database and conducting user acceptance test of in-house-developed applications.
