Customer Development Representative

The job:

  • Proactively prospect new business opportunities for existing customers
  • Able to identify customers’ need and offer right recommendations
  • Support sales team to prepare quotations, tender documentations with high accuracy
  • Handle hotline and provide appropriate solutions to customers
  • Maintain close relationship with customers and collect customer feedback for service improvement
  • Assist and support the team to achieve the sales target

The person:

  • Diploma holder with 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in handling customer issues / closing customer orders over the phone is preferred
  • Result-oriented and a strong relationship builder
  • A good team player with high flexibility
  • High proficiency in PC skills, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
