Customer Due Diligence Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Engage new retail & corporate customers in the collection of detailed customer information and supporting documentation required for the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review;
  • Ensure the completeness of CDD information and supporting before submitting the CDD profile for further review and approval;
  • Follow the internal and external regulations for all case checking;
  • Fulfill all the CDD documents comply with SFC;
  • Provide administrative support in CDD review process;
  • Handle customer enquiries related to CDD review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above
  • Experience in administrative/sales support in banking or financial related industry is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, organised, attention to details and ability to deliver under tight timeline
  • Great servicing mindset with adequate interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS office; good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Putonghua
