Our client is looking for a highly committed individual to join their Customer Engagement / Account Management function to support their customers.
This is a key role in the organization. The incumbent must possess relevant experience in project coordination and help promote new features and functions of the company’s flagship product / software, increase usage and support contract renewals. He or she will play a key role in coordinating between clients, users, offshore operations and programming team to follow-up, document and package materials for timely and effective communication. This includes preparation of materials related to training, presentation and process mapping.
