Customer Engagement Coordinator

Our client is looking for a highly committed individual to join their Customer Engagement / Account Management function to support their customers.

This is a key role in the organization. The incumbent must possess relevant experience in project coordination and help promote new features and functions of the company’s flagship product / software, increase usage and support contract renewals. He or she will play a key role in coordinating between clients, users, offshore operations and programming team to follow-up, document and package materials for timely and effective communication. This includes preparation of materials related to training, presentation and process mapping.


  • Bachelor degree / Diploma in Business or other relevant disciplines  
  • Prior experience in customer service will be a must
  • Able to collaborate with others to get things done
  • Previous experience in procurement and/or quality control will be a definite asset
  • Computer and technology-savvy
  • Agile and able to work flexible hours
  • Empathetic, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; French will be an asset
  • Travelling within Asia Pacific will be required
