Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk support to end user and remote office (Windows, Networking, Email, and PC applications)
  • Provide general network support to end user
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations and related hardware and software

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above
  • 1 year experience in helpdesk or Deskside support
  • Knowledge in TeamViewer, Windows Server, VPN, Networking and Application support
  • Hands-on experience in supporting PC in Microsoft AD environment
  • Self-motivated and be a team player to share knowledge with teammates
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
