Provide helpdesk support to end user and remote office (Windows, Networking, Email, and PC applications)
Provide general network support to end user
Install, configure, and maintain workstations and related hardware and software
HKDSE or above
1 year experience in helpdesk or Deskside support
Knowledge in TeamViewer, Windows Server, VPN, Networking and Application support
Hands-on experience in supporting PC in Microsoft AD environment
Self-motivated and be a team player to share knowledge with teammates
Good command in English and Cantonese
5-Day work week
