Customer Excellence Officer


GOGOVAN is continuously aiming to maintain an efficient Customer Service team workflow and quality. In order to ensure the quality is at its best state, we are interested in hiring an Excellence candidate to:

  • Support Customer Service team process improvement programs to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Provide communications, coaching and training to Customer Service Officers to ensure competency, commitment and compliance with service excellence programs and initiatives
  • Drive a customer service culture
  • Fosters a sense of teamwork in all parts of the organisation to actively participate in process improvement and drive culture change


  • At least 1 years in Quality Assurance, Customer Excellence or Complaint experience
  • Always looking to drive initiatives for customer experience improvements
  • Good presentation and course facilitating skills
  • Patient and open-minded
  • Speak a good level of English, Mandarin and Native Cantonese
