The Customer Experience Specialist will focus on understanding the daily needs of our customers, and maintaining a data driven Customer profile; improving the whole customer journey, from learning about us, to subscribing, using and dealing with us. You will also be the bridge between our content and our customers’ needs.
Reporting to our Sales Training Manager, and working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible to:
Conduct in-depth face to face customer interviews for customer experience improvement
Conduct excel-based data analysis on customer usage figures and customer feedback data
Gather, document and share information from customers with Sales, Marketing and Product Management that improves LexisNexis understanding of market needs
Provide product training for our customers
Support development of sales opportunities and make customer presentations
To be successful in the role, you will have:
· University degree in Legal related discipline; or top-up legal related formal training
· Min 1-2 years’ experience in customer facing roles
· A sound level of computer literacy in Excel and Powerpoint
· Sound presentation skills and business etiquette
· Customer Service Oriented
· Strong ability to follow through
