Customer Experience Supervisor (After sales services)

  • Supervise a team of service specialists to deliver exceptional customer services & customer experience
  • Organize quality workshops and professional tutorial session to privilege customers
  • Provide outstanding leadership and motivation to the team while driving accountability
  • Drive inspiration and motivate the team to deliver best result and ensure that the team is meeting customer requirements with up-to-date knowledge
  • Identify customer needs on latest consumer electronic products & trend and provide in-person customer experiences by conducting workshops & tutorials
  • Collaborate closely with Training team to prepare and deliver the workshop for frontline staff so as to enhance their selling skills and service level


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 4 years supervisory experience in store operations
  • Exposure in Consumer Electronic industry is highly preferred
  • Experience facilitating workshops and leading conversations with our customers
  • Problem solver who love communicating with consumers and can convey technical jargon in layman's terms
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, partner with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command in English and Chinese
