About the Role
Your role as a Customer Insights Analyst will see you working closely with our Customer Experience and Customer Service teams in delivering analysis which will support group decision making, strategy development and tactical delivery.
Using both our BI and in-house software tools, you’ll develop data structures, map trends, build actionable reporting and use data to improve the customer experience.
In addition, this role will see you working closely with our technology delivery teams to provide some operational and support needs for our in-house software tools.
