About the Role

Your role as a Customer Insights Analyst will see you working closely with our Customer Experience and Customer Service teams in delivering analysis which will support group decision making, strategy development and tactical delivery.

Using both our BI and in-house software tools, you’ll develop data structures, map trends, build actionable reporting and use data to improve the customer experience.

In addition, this role will see you working closely with our technology delivery teams to provide some operational and support needs for our in-house software tools.


Roles and Responsibility

These include but are not limited to:

  • Build repeatable and intuitive reporting that provides internal business units with accurate and pertinent customer insights that enhances effective decision making
  • Analyse customer data to produce data-driven stories that reveal key insights into market trends
  • Work collaboratively across business units to understand customer and company goals to develop acquisition and retention programs
  • Produce key performance indicators and customer insights in a clear high quality manner in order to enhance the customer experience
  • Works closely with technology to drive efficiencies, improve output and enhance service levels


Key Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business or similar preferred but not essential
  • Fresh graduate or 1-3 years’ experience
  • Excellent data analysis and dashboard presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise assignments to meet deadlines
  • Capacity to drive forward with goals independently   
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence software Qlik and statistical software SQL desirable but not essential
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
