The Customer Operations Account Specialist will ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer orders and actively participate in their lifecycle from order receipt to dispatch of goods being the first point of contact for internal and external customers and always providing the highest level of service and support to the Asia Pacific region.


  • Create and maintain a list of VIP accounts and top products to focus on in each country in conjunction with Sales Managers
  • Monitor the delivery of products to the abovementioned VIP accounts 
  • Ensure the order book is correct to the customer requirements
  • Monitor overall order status for the countries in the region
  • Liaise with Regional Sales Managers regarding all the relevant queries for the customers in the region and ensure issues are adequately and timely resolved
  • Liaise with Credit, Production and Shipping departments in the resolution of issues
  • Support the department in confirmation run and cleaning of order book where appropriate
  • Liaise with internal departments and ensure production, shipping and credit problems are solved in a timely manner

Personal Profile:

  • Good knowledge of managing orders on SAP (AFS/IS Retail)
  • Understanding of order lifecycle activities
  • Understanding of shipping and credit processes
  • Excellent Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and numerical skills
  • Foreign languages advantageous (Japanese or Korean speakers preferable)
  • Hands-on and proactive approach
  • Works well under pressure
  • Multitask efficiently
  • Detailed and meticulous
  • Team player
