Customer Operations Support Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handles customer’s enquiries, claims, complaints, reports and overseas offices
  • Follows up overseas routing orders and booking from customers
  • Work within SOP and quotations with overseas offices
  • Handles all import and export shipments, experiences in Aerospace would be advantage
  • Co-ordinates with departments concerned on related issues

Requirements:

  • Secondary Education or above
  • Minimum 2 years experience in both air & sea freight services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic and customer driven
  • Familiar with worldwide markets
  • Excellent command both English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Immediate Available is highly preferred
