Customer Quality Manager (Automotive Parts Business Unit) (PRC Based, 45 minutes from ShenZhen)


  • 5-day week

  • Degree in Engineering
  • 7 years+ experience in Quality Engineering of which 3 years in managerial position in automobile parts manufacturing company (Less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Quality Manager)
  • Manage the process of customer returns and complaints. Ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Initiate activities and programs for continuous improvement on product's quality and operating processes.
  • Develop quality control plans for NPI.
  • Excellent knowledge in AIAG Quality tools like SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MSA and APQP.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
