  • Degree in Engineering.
  • 7 years+ experience in Quality Engineering of which 3 years in managerial position (Less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Quality Manager).
  • Manage the process of customer returns and complaints. Ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Initiate activities and programs for continuous improvement on product's quality and operating processes.
  • Develop quality control plans for NPI.
  • Experience in mechatronic products such as printer products preferable.
  • Excellent knowledge and implementation experience of quality system and quality tools such as QFD, FMEA, DOE, etc.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
