Our client, a major telecommunication corporate, is sincerely looking for a Customer Relation Manager to join their dynamic team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train 4 small teams to ensure high customer service level
  • Motivate the team the meet the KPIs and upselling targets set by the company
  • Ensure the operations are under compliance and I/E regulation
  • Handle serious enquires and complaints and provide solutions for customers
  • Maintain good relationship with customers

 

Requirement:

  • 5-8 year of experience in Call Center with 3 year in supervisory level
  • Good command in Chinese and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure

 

Salary:

$35-40K (Depends on experience)

 

Remuneration:

  • 5-Day work with regular hour
  • 12 - 15 Days AL
  • Medical coverage
  • Performance Bonus
