Customer Relation Officer (1 year contract) – B2B Customer Care

The incumbent will be responsible for providing on-site customer training, assisting in developing Customer Delight Program as well as other administrative supports.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 3-4 years working experiences in customer service, particular in Face-to-face customer service would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Good command of Cantonese and English
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal understanding and CS excellence driven
  • Outgoing personality and able to work independently
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
