Customer Relation Officer

GAMMON SECURITY & TECHNOLOGY LTD.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Customer Service team members to handle customer enquiries, complaints and any incidents occurred;
  • Monitor and ensure accurate quotation, service order, invoice to clients
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and make appropriate recommendations;
  • Conduct site surveys and design security systems based on users' requirements as well as company's quality standard;
  • Support the project team to achieve team goal; 
  • Ensure close co-ordination with our global offices to ensure satisfactory customers service;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
     

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline;
  • 3 years of leadership experience as customer service or sales in the services industry ;
  • Fluency in written & spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua;
  • Good common sense, communication & presentation skills;
  • Well organization, customer-oriented, people and project management skills
  • Candidate with security system experience is an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
