Customer Relations Executive, Social Media Servicing (12 months contract to Permanent)

  • Handle customer comments/live chat on social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Weibo, WeChat etc.) in an appropriate tone and manner
  • Identify issues, monitor trends and escalate where appropriate
  • Collate and review reports regarding social media mentions, response levels etc. for management analysis
  • Provide feedback and proactively make recommendations to client


  • University/post-secondary graduate or above
  • 2 years’ experience in customer service with min. 1-year related experience
  • Online customer servicing experience is an advantage but not a must
  • Be knowledgeable, empowered and sensitive when representing the client in responding to social media users globally
  • Passionate about social media and delivering customer service straight from the heart
  • Great writing style with written and verbal fluency in English and Chinese
  • Cheerful and flexible with mature personality and ability to inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
