Responsibilities

  • Responsible for greeting and register at premises
  • Provide high quality and professional service to customers
  • Assist team to handle any concerns in professional manner at the first place
  • Perform ad hoc project as required  

Requirements

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above
  • 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in F&B and Hotel industry
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Pleasant, cheerful, customer-oriented and cooperative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
