Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided
  • Explore opportunities for further sales within key clients
  • Attend meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
  • Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients


  • Degree holder or above
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, with overseas exposure is preferred
  • Familiar with toys/ gift & premium industries is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • With ability to build rapport with clients
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
