Our client is a local sizable company. To cope with their business expansion, they are seeking for a Customer Relations Officer to provide support to join their team.


Job Description and Responsibilities

Offer advisory services to home move customers to facilitate smooth transition
Execute online to offline marketing & sales promotion on value added services and EE&C programmes
Work closely with call centre, customer service centres and digital teams to ensure seamless customer experience on service delivery
Collect customer information and perform data input when required
Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with company’s policies including data collection, processing and storage

Job Requirement

A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing & Management or related disciplines
2 years relevant working experience in customer services, marketing promotion or direct sales capacity
Solid experience in customer services and sales promotion over hotline and digital channels is preferred•Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Customer-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, good team player and able to work under pressure with tight schedule
Flexible, self-driven, adaptable to changes and willing to meet challenges
