Customer Relations Officer (5 Days)

Our client is a leading High-tech consumer electronic products company.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and conduct investigation if necessary.
  • Respond to the feedback from external/ internal customer in a timely manner.
  • Establish good customer relationship by providing professional customer care services.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above.
  • Experience in customer service or related sector preferred.
  • Strong communication or negotiation skill.
  • Hardworking and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel)
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Immediate Available is preferred.
