Customer Relations Officer (Complaint Handling)

  • Handle complaint case independently and conduct prompt and detailed investigation of the case
  • Ensure investigations are handled in compliance with relevant procedures and regulatory requirements in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Promote, develop and implement service improvement activities
  • Develop, design and deliver customer service  training 
  • Degree holder or above with minimum 3 years of banking experience in retail banking
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and operations 
  • Experience in handling complaints  
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
