To handle escalated complaints in a timely and professional manner;
To conduct thorough investigation and identify the root cause;
To resolve complaints satisfactorily and properly in accordance with the company standards;
To collect and process customer feedback to drive continuous improvement on services or products;
To suggest measures for possible service or product enhancement;
To assist in other ad-hoc assignments and projects.
Form 7/ Diploma or above;
At least 2 years' customer service experience in complaints handling (Telecommunication industry is preferable);
Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills;
Patient, detail-minded, mature, independent and responsible ;
Good written and verbal communications skills for both English and Chinese;
Familiar with MS Office;
Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
