Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow KPI and SOP (eg call answered rate, average speed of answer, talk time, after call work, reachable rate and hit rate etc)
  • Answer the calls in good manner and follow-up properly (one-stop solutions provided)
  • Co-ordinate with team members intra/ inter-department to follow cases/ procedures properly
  • Log call result log and prepare simple reports to monitor performance

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education and relevant working experience
  • At least 2 years in Customer Relations/ Customer Service
  • Positive mindset and cheerful
  • Good presentation skills (spoken and listening)
  • A good team player
  • Able to work under pressure environment
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Putonghua is a plus.
  • PC skills (Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Working in car industry/ car lover is an advantage
