  • assisting the manager in monitoring performance and productivity of call centre and external service providers to meet service standards
  • handling complaints with detailed investigation and/or studying investigation findings, and offering solution to customers
  • identifying root causes and improvement area from the complaints and customers’ feedback in order to provide better customer service to the customers
  • preparing written and verbal responses for complaints and enquiries to customers, government and regulatory bodies
  • answering calls and/or replying cases escalated from call centre to resolve customers’ disputes and complaints with a positive attitude
  • preparing management and statistical reports on customer calls handling and trend analysis
  • assisting in the implementation of system enhancement and project implementation for call centre

A right fit for your portfolio?

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years' customer service / call centre operations / complaint handling experience position and preferably gained from banking industry
  • Experience in operation and sales support functions in large corporation
  • Experience in handling payment related products and services
  • Knowledge in debit/credit card processing is an advantage
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, strong leadership and patient
