Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 250 branches and service outlets, including over 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Customer Relationship Assistant.


Principal responsibilities

  • Provide sales support to a team of Customer Relationship Managers with focus on getting appointments and supporting Customer Relationship Managers in servicing their customers
  • Support the Customer Relationship Managers in preparing and completing sales documents, managing data input and report generation, and liaising with support functions to follow through the sales process
  • Handle customers’ enquiries relating to the Customer Relationship Managers’ portfolio and act as the first point of contact to resolve the issues in routine transactions
  • Maintain awareness of operational risks and adhere to relevant policies and guidelines



  • University degree in a related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' working experience in the banking industry and good knowledge of banking products and services
  • Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
