A reputable and international coffee brand with a sizeable office in Hong Kong.


  • Provide premium customer services via phone, email, live chat and social media
  • Welcome B2C customers and assist with order processing
  • Resolve machine questions and issues
  • Reply enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Update database with customer details

  • Minimum 2 years of customer services experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Customer-centric and willing to drive total customer satisfaction
  • Fast-learner and proactive
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
