Our clients, leading international banks in Hong Kong, are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their professional team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the contact point with clients to ensure efficient operations
  • Handle and follow up customer for various banking services
  • Provide accurate and quality customer service to meet bank service standard
  • Follow up customer on account related matters
  • Attend to enquiries via info-mail and handle client complaints when required
  • Coordinate with professional parties to follow up the requirements of customers
  • Maintain good relationship with customers

Requirements

  • 1 year work experience involved handling customer enquires
  • Customer service or relevant experience would be an advantage
  • Passed with HKSI paper 1, 7 & 8 is preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office & PC applications
  • Good team player and willing to take up ad-hoc tasks
  • Good service orientation and attentive to details
  • Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
