Customer Relationship Executive

Job Description

  • Visit customers, build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers
  • Oversee the relationship with customers
  • Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
  • Understand the Company’s offerings and keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to maximize customer satisfaction
Job Requirement
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in the Airlines industry is a plus
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature with a positive attitude, aggressive, self-motivated and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and details
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
