Customer Relationship Executive


Job Description

We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our Customer Service Team. The successful candidates will be responsible for customer communications or preferable meetings with professional and patient manner on supporting team manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer queries and requests on individual portfolios and provide services in a professional manner with tactful customer service skills
  • Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
  • Provide support to management and evaluate service improvements.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred and fresh graduate are welcome
  • Tertiary education and relevant customer service working experience preferred (For Senior Customer Relationship Executive)
  • No related experience will start at Customer Relationship Trainee
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customers

HK$15-20K / month
