Job Description

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • At least 2 years customer relationship management and service experience preferably in servicing industry and hotline experience
  • Knowledge in skin care / beauty industry is an advantage
  • Experience in customer relations, social media channels and complaint handling skill is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Courteous, patient, independent and with professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Immediately available is preferred.
